At Cieldior, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. Each item is made with precision, care, and intention — which is why we have a strict no return and no refund policy.

However, in select cases, we offer exchanges under specific conditions. Please read our policy thoroughly before making a purchase.

 


 

No Return & No Refund

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been confirmed and delivered.
  • Cancellations are also not permitted after an order has been processed or shipped.

 


 

Exchange Policy – Eligibility & Process

We offer exchange within 7 days of product delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and unmarked.

  • It must be returned with all original tags, packaging, certificates, and authentication stamps intact.

  • Only products that have a valid reason for exchange (such as manufacturing defect or transit damage) will be considered.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damage or defect.

  • Items received without prior approval will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order, and only if all eligibility conditions are met.

 


 

Exchange Request Process

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at:

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Reason for Exchange

    • A clear unboxing video as proof — from the moment the package is opened

    • Photographs showing any visible issue or damage (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will review your request and verify the provided proof.
    We reserve the right to approve or decline exchanges based on the inspection outcome.

  4. Once approved, we will coordinate the pickup and exchange of your item. In certain cases, you may be required to ship the product back to our designated address.
