Shipping Charges

Within India: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

International Shipping:
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
There are no additional charges after checkout. All handling, customs, and packaging costs are included.
Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders: Delivered within 7–10 business days.

International Orders: Delivered within 10–12 business days, depending on the destination.

Orders that include customizations or personalization may require additional processing time.

During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen logistical issues (e.g., natural calamities or lockdowns), delivery may be delayed. We will notify you in such cases.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Secure Delivery & Signature

Every shipment includes your product, authenticity certificates (if applicable), and luxury packaging.
Insurance & Delivery Safety

All shipments are insured for their full invoice value.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.
Instead, take photos/videos and email us immediately at shine@cieldior.com.
Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times. If unsuccessful:

The product may be returned to us.

Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges, payable before dispatch.

Cieldior is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Where We Ship

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India and selected international destinations.
