Products & Availability

  • All our jewellery is handcrafted and may vary slightly in size, finish, or appearance.

  • Certain items may be limited in quantity and availability.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

 

 

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹), our base currency.

  • International payments are auto-converted to your local currency by your bank at the current exchange rate.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations, especially for gold and other precious materials.

  • The price displayed at the time of your order is final and will not be adjusted retroactively.

  • We accept payments through secure, PCI-compliant gateways such as Shopify Payments, Razorpay, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

 

 

Return, Refund & Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product is delivered.

  • Exchanges are allowed only within 7 days of delivery under specific conditions:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

    • All original tags, certificates, and packaging must be intact

    • An unboxing video must be provided as proof

  • Exchange approval is subject to review by our quality control team.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping within India and chargeable international shipping.

  • Delivery timelines are 7–10 working days in India, and 10–18 days internationally.

  • All orders are shipped with tracking and are insured for their full value.

  • Cieldior is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address, phone number, or customer unavailability.

  • During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen logistical issues (e.g., natural calamities or lockdowns), delivery may be delayed. We will notify you in such cases.

 

 

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
